Goals and Aspirations for 2024

Hello everyone and happy Sunday! Today marks the last day of 2023.
A few people reacted to a survey whether I should or should not publish my goals and aspirations for 2024. It was an unanimous YES.
This is a different format than the usual Giselle daydreams content, and I’ll be back on January 7th with a new volume as scheduled.
I will not make you wait longer and share below what I aspire and aim to achieve for 2024.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CAREER
Challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone
Succeed in my freelance work
Keep publishing my newsletter and reach 1000 subscribers
Visit more art exhibitions
Read more books
MENTAL HEALTH
Less screen time
Stop comparing myself to others
Stay away from toxic relationships
Keep saying ‘no’ when needed
Set boundaries
Stop over-pleasing others who don’t deserve it
WELLNESS
Workout 5x times a week
Prioritise low impact workouts such as Pilates or Barre
Take supplements - in my case magnesium, fish oils and a multivitamins
Train my daughter to sleep through the night
Prioritise sleep and go to bed early
Tongue scrapper in the morning
Body scrub weekly
Dry brushingÂ
Deep tissue massage monthlyÂ
FOOD
Eat nutritious meals
Stop calories counting
Avoid ultra processed foods
Keep cooking meals at home
Keep my alcohol intake non existent

Morning routine
Evening routine

Purchase non comedogenic products to keep my skin clear
Less is more
