Hello everyone and happy Sunday! Today marks the last day of 2023.
A few people reacted to a survey whether I should or should not publish my goals and aspirations for 2024. It was an unanimous YES.
This is a different format than the usual Giselle daydreams content, and I’ll be back on January 7th with a new volume as scheduled.
I will not make you wait longer and share below what I aspire and aim to achieve for 2024.

Less screen time
Stop comparing myself to others
Stay away from toxic relationships
Keep saying ‘no’ when needed
Set boundaries
Stop over-pleasing others who don’t deserve it

Workout 5x times a week
Prioritise low impact workouts such as Pilates or Barre
Take supplements - in my case magnesium, fish oils and a multivitamins
Train my daughter to sleep through the night
Prioritise sleep and go to bed early
Tongue scrapper in the morning
Body scrub weekly
Dry brushing
Deep tissue massage monthly
FOOD
Eat nutritious meals
Stop calories counting
Avoid ultra processed foods
Keep cooking meals at home
Keep my alcohol intake non existent
